Pursuant to a Judgement Entry of Foreclosure filed December 15th, 2021 in the Common Pleas Court of Summit County, Ohio, General Division, Case No. CV-2021-09-3000 appointing Chris Davis of Auction Ohio as Private Selling Officer (“PSO”), the PSO will offer for sale at public auction the property at the above address and described below.

A) The real estate sells ‘AS IS; WHERE IS.’ 

B) Property sells with a $520,000 RESERVE (or minimum opening bid); based on 2/3 of the $780,000 Court appraisal.

C) Pursuant to Common Pleas Court of Summit County, Ohio, General Division, Case No. CV-2021-09-3000; the property is being sold by Chris Davis of Auction Ohio, the Court Appointed Private Selling Officer (or “PSO”). 

D) Within (48) hours of the close of the auction, the successful bidder must make a nonrefundable deposit of $52,000 payable by cashier’s check, certified check or wire transfer. Buyer to proceed to close within (30) days the Court’s approval of the Confirmation of Sale.

E) Seller acknowledges receipt of ALTA commitment of Title Insurance (Commitment Number: GLC2100620))
